Coleen Rooney taking action to ‘settle feuds’ among I’m A Celeb co-stars

Coleen Rooney has reportedly arranged a party for her I’m A Celebrity campmates in a bid to end the “various feuds” that have erupted during the latest series of the beloved show

Coleen Rooney has reportedly stepped in to mend the rifts among her fellow I’m A Celeb contestants after the intense 2024 series stirred up some conflict.

With a run of challenging trials, it’s hardly a shock that tempers flared amongst the ravenous stars, all vying for jungle glory.

However, Coleen Rooney, who secured second place, is said to be playing the role of “peacemaker” by hosting a post-jungle party at her Cheshire residence with aims to smooth over the “various feuds” that developed, as reported by Richard Eden of the Mail.

Eden also touched upon how Rev Richard Coles had enjoyed a visit to the Scottish island of Lewis and Harris, home of musician Keith Morrison. Morrison disclosed that Rev Coles was apparently excited about attending.

One notable clash in the camp involved Dean McCullough and Alan Halsall; the disagreement sparked when Loose Women panellist Jane Moore set out to gather firewood during her tenure as camp caretaker, reports Lancs Live.

Assigned to work alongside Jane, Dean was found dozing off. Alan tried to wake him politely to help out, but after an unenthusiastic response, Alan proceeded to aid Jane himself.

When Dean caught up, he told him he could go back and warned that if “you’re gonna wake me up, you need to give me a minute”.

Rumours have it that host Ant McPartlin was less than pleased with Dean following his performances in the Bushtucker Trials. He even labelled himself as the “bad cop” of the Ant and Dec duo, according to the Sun.

Ant was reportedly taken aback by Dean’s demeanour after a trial, commenting that he seemed to be “loving life” when he had anticipated him to appear a “bit forlorn” and a “bit sad”.

After having a “word” with the contestant, Dean declared he was “going to change the narrative”, to which Ant responded: “You can only change the narrative by sticking with it and getting on with it.”

Furthermore, Jane also sparked controversy after voicing her opinion on a decision made by the camp’s leaders, Barry McGuigan and Danny Jones, to reassign her chore to washing up.

The Loose Women star would become the first celebrity to be voted off the 2024 series, with McFly singer Danny Jones clinching the title and Rev Coles securing third place.

Earlier this month, Coleen made an appearance on This Morning following her I’m A Celeb success, with host Ben Shephard seemingly offering the WAG an opportunity.

Ben, 50, said: “What we would love, because to organise four boys like you do and your husband as well, we could do with some of that advice on This Morning.”

“Would you do some films for us where you can show us as so many parents need tips and stuff about organising and doing stuff?”

She responded: “I’ve always been like that, I think it’s the mum in me, I like to make sure everything is prepped and prepared in time.”
