Manchester City star Erling Haaland, surprisingly met Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo as he paid a visit to Al-Nassr’s pre-season training camp in Spain. The Norwegian forward greeted Ronaldo, while being seated in a luxury car.
Erling Haaland has been in exceptional form this summer, scoring freely and showcasing his skills during the pre-season tour in the United States. The reigning EPL champions will play their first competitive game of the new season against Manchester United in the Community Shield this weekend. Currently, Man City is stationed in the Algarve, where Al-Nassr is also holding their pre-season camp.
On his way to make a surprise visit in a luxury super car to the Al-Nassr camp, the 24-year-old Man City striker was eager to meet Cristiano Ronaldo who was walking on the other side of the road. Haaland asked his driver to stop so he could greet the 39-year-old legend and took the opportunity to chat with him. Ronaldo was spotted in training gear. Pictures of their meeting quickly garnered attention on social media.

Additionally, Haaland met with Sadio Mane and Al-Nassr’s sporting director, Fernando Hierro at the Al-Nassr training camp in Spain. The players discussed their teams’ upcoming schedules and recent tournament participation.
