Donald Trump did not make an appearance at Friday’s Jake Paul-Mike Tyson fight, although his slogan for Health and Human Services nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr. certainly did.
One of Paul’s cornerman went viral during the Netflix livestream for wearing a rather conspicuous ‘Make America Healthy Again’ hat both during and after the 27-year-old’s lackluster win over the 58-year-old Tyson.
‘Jake Paul‘s corner man is wearing a #MAHA Make America Healthy Again hat,’ read one fan’s post on X. ‘Classic, the movement is powerful!’
The slogan is obviously from derived from ‘Make America Great Again,’ which Trump appropriated from Ronald Reagan ahead of his successful 2016 campaign for the White House. Now the President-elect has repurposed the phrase for Kennedy, who claims to be taking aim at the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries.
‘For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health,’ Trump wrote on social media while revealing his pick to lead the HHS.

Jake Paul wants ‘bigger challenge’ of Canelo after beating Tyson
Trump concluded by writing Kennedy would ‘end the Chronic Disease epidemic’ and ‘Make America Great and Healthy Again!’
But Paul’s cornerman wasn’t directly referencing Kennedy. Instead, the slogan appeared to be a nod to one of the fight’s sponsors, Nucleus, which is a company that offers genome testing for athletes and non-athletes alike.
The company claims to be ‘helping people to live their healthiest lives.’
Although the hat may not have been a direct reference to Trump, the President-elect’s supporters didn’t seem to notice or care.

‘I wonder if I wore a MAHA hat liberals would get triggered?’ another woman asked on X while including Kennedy’s handle.

Paul, himself, is a staunch supporter of Trump, who recently celebrated the Republican’s electoral victory on X.
‘The truth and god won in America. This is a massive step in the right direction to heal the major issues going on in the world currently. America is saved,’ Paul wrote on X.
‘To democrats… I hope some can see that the truth won in this election. Voting for ”bad orange guy” is an emotional decision and not the truth,’ he continued. ‘I see some of my democratic friends are freaked out. It’s not your fault.
‘Try to use more discernment in media and start by telling the truth to yourself first and then the world will become more clear to you. Now let’s all unite and work towards building a better America however we can. A truthful America.’
