Nicki Minaj’s public spat with Megan Thee Stallion has led to an increased security operation at Megan’s late mum’s gravesite.

The Texas cemetery has reportedly “stepped up” its operation after Super Bass songstress Nicki’s fans ‘leaked the address’ of rival Megan’s mother’s final resting place. Sources say the Lone Star State graveyard staff and taking precautions after their latest conflict.

Nicki only recently released her latest track, Big Foot, a clear diss at Megan after the pair’s long-standing public battle. Now attention has turned to the latter’s late mum Holly Thomas, who died after a battle with brain cancer in 2019, according to reports.

TMZ says ‘Barbz’ members leaked Holly’s burial site on social media, allegedly encouraging Nicki fans to vandalise the site amid the pair’s ongoing feud. It was earlier this month that Nicki spoke about Megan’s mother after becoming upset with lyrics in one of the rapper’s tunes. “Better go conjure up your mother and apologize.”

Some of her HISS lyrics read, “These hoes don’t be mad at Megan / These h*es mad at Megan’s Law.” It’s a reference to US laws on the names and addresses of registered sex offenders being made public, and Minaj fans are convinced it’s a dig at people in Nicki’s personal life, including her husband Kenneth Petty and brother Jelani Maraj.

In Minaj’s latest track, she takes aim at Megan, with lyrics “Um, why did you lie about your lipo?/ F**kin’ your best friend man is crazy, you the type, though”. She even promoted the release with pictures of Megan, shared on X, formally Twitter.

It comes as Nicki dismissed rumours Big Foot is a “diss track” at rival Megan. Nicki had already played a part of the track during an Instagram Live video on Friday, seemingly making subtle digs at Megan before it was even released.

In the song’s lyrics it says, “Bad b***h, she like 6 foot, I call her big foot / The b***h fell off I said get up on your good foot.” Fans thought this was making reference to rapper Tory Lanez shooting Megan in the foot all the way back in July 2020.

She’s since taken to X after account Pop Base wrote: “Cover art for Nicki Minaj ’s Megan Thee Stallion diss track ‘Big Foot’.” She furiously replied, denying the post. “Who tf said “diss track”?????? don’t play tonight. Fix your tweet.” Pop Base then followed up with, “Nicki Minaj says she has 5 extra songs ready if Megan Thee Stallion denies anything said on her new track ‘Big Foot’.” Nicki was quick to respond again, writing: “Never said that ugly name. Stop lying on me. You want engagement so bad.

“Ima put your REAL name in the 2nd song just for s**ts & giggles. Go to bed.” The posts have since generated thousands of likes and reposts. Prior to the song release – and Nicki’s alleged diss track follow up – the pair had been taking public shots at each other for years. The animosity had been brewing long before HISS’ release and is said to have first started when Megan and Cardi B found musical success. The duo’s rise apparently made Nicki jealous.
