T. Radio host Chris ‘Mad Dog’ Russo makes bizarre sex claim as he rips fans who watched Jake Paul-Mike Tyson

Sports radio host Chris ‘Mad Dog’ Russo unleashed on viewers of the Jake Paul-Mike Tyson fight with a bizarre rant, as he claimed their time would’ve been better served by reading a book, walking their dog or having sex.

The highly-anticipated fight between the 27-year-old Paul and 58-year-old Tyson disappointed as the former heavyweight champion barely laid a finger on his opponent and lost via unanimous decision.

And while speaking on Mad Dog Sports Radio on Monday, Russo – who also appears on ESPN’s ‘First Take’ – insisted that the 65 million households who tuned into the fight wasted their evenings.

‘You guys out there who consider yourselves good sports fans? You decided, well, there’s nothing else to watch. It’s 10 [minutes] to 12 [o’clock], go read a book!’ he began his rant.

‘Find something more productive to do,’ he continued minutes later. ‘Where’s the missus? I don’t know, do something! Take the dogs for a walk.’

Russo acknowledged that he had previously read an advertisement for the Netflix-streamed fight on air but continued to rail against the event and those who watched it.

‘How in the world can anybody think they were watching a legitimate sports event, with a guy who’s been washed up for 35 years, against some guy who’s not a boxer?’ he asked.

Russo was far from the only critic of the fight, as podcaster and UFC commentator Joe Rogan said afterwards that ‘Magic isn’t real.’

A hopeful Rogan had tweeted before the fight, ‘I’m getting ready to watch this Tyson vs Jake Paul fight like I’m watching someone cast a spell that I hope actually works. And I don’t really believe in magic. But I want to believe.’

Despite Paul’s dominance in the fight, the bout went the distance and Paul admitted afterwards that he decided not to knockout Tyson in a conscious effort to not inflict any more pain on him.

When asked whether he eased up after noticing Tyson tiring, Paul said, ‘Yeah definitely. Definitely a bit.

‘I wanted to give the fans a show but I didn’t want to hurt someone that didn’t need to be hurt.’

In the last 10 seconds of the fight, Paul even stepped back and bowed towards Tyson in a show of respect to sporting royalty – while effectively taking his foot off the gas.

Nonetheless, Tyson explained afterwards in an emotional statement how he ‘won’ the fight.
