Cardi B puts indictment to back of her mind (Picture: Getty Images)
Cardi B was recently indicted by Queen grand jury following a fight that broke out in a strip club last August.
However, this hasn’t stopped the mother-of-one from performing at the BET Experience.
Nope, despite being spotted arriving at court earlier this week, the star made sure she was available to perform in Los Angeles last night.
And it looks like she put on one heck of a show.
Surrounded by backing dancers, the 26-year-old whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, kicked back all the moves as she worked the stage in a glittering purple body suit.
She’d even got matching gloves and boots, as well as a purple wig to go with her evening aesthetic.
Sharing her experience of the night on Twitter, she told her 6.13million followers: ‘I scrapped my knees so crazy today at BET experience.’
She later confessed: ‘I had a good time tho.’
Fans were quick to comment and praised the star on both her outfit and performance.
‘Yassss girl!!!! You killed it,’ one wrote, while another added: ‘You looked amazing Cardi.’
Someone else said: ‘I love you Cardi! please take good care of yourself.’

Cardi’s indictment will not be unsealed until her arraignment on 25 June.
The Bodak Yellow rapper faced misdemeanor charges from a brawl at a strip club in which she is accused of throwing bottles and chairs at two bartenders.
She has previously rejected a plea offer from the Queens district attorney’s office, which had signalled further charges could be approaching as it presented the case to a grand jury.
Police say the Grammy winner and her entourage were at the club when she argued with a bartender.
