Warren says that plans are underway for the second fight to take place in October in Saudi Arabia, although a specific date has yet to be confirmed.

Speaking after his defeat on Sunday, Fury stated his belief that he won ‘the majority’ of the rounds.

He said: “I believe I won that fight. I believe he won a few of the rounds, but I won the majority of them. And I believe it was – what can you do? – one of them decisions in boxing.

“We both put on a good fight. Best we could do. And, you know, his country’s at war. So people are siding with a country at war.

“But make no mistake, I’ve won that fight in my opinion, and I’ll be back. We’ve got a rematch clause.”

The rematch is set to be for the WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO titles, with Usyk becoming undisputed champion as a result of his victory on Sunday.
