Will Smith owns a huge real estate fortune
Will Smith and his family are said to own homes worth around $100 million around the world.
First up is the Calabasas estate in California. The 2,500-square-foot home, located in a 1.6-acre gated community, is said to have cost Will Smith around $42 million.
The house, so large it took more than seven years to rebuild from scratch, has nine bedrooms and is far enough from Hollywood action to maintain privacy. It has a tennis court, basketball court, large swimming pool, helipad, meditation room, recording studio and screening room. A fundraising event for former First Lady Michelle Obama was held there, with tickets costing between $2,500 and $40,000.
