JENNIFER Lopez is on the market for her perfect home following her split from Ben Affleck.

Jennifer, 55, looked happy and relaxed as she was photographed touring a $27 million mansion in Los Angeles’ upscale Beverly Hills neighborhood on Wednesday, September 4.

The Hustlers star wore a cropped white T-shirt with blue jeans and a matching navy cardigan for her outing on Wednesday, which began with a trip to the spa.

She completed her look with a pair of nude stilettos and matching tan-hued sunglasses with her hair in a relaxed style.

TMZ reported that Jennifer then headed to inspect a property located on nearby Rodeo Drive, as she and estranged husband Ben continue to search for a buyer od their $68 million home.

According to the outlet, the singer spent 35 minutes inside the eight-bedroom Beverly Hills residence, before checking out another property in the vicinity.

Both homes boast covered patios, tennis courts, and swimming pools, the Daily Mail reported on Wednesday.

Jennifer filed for divorce from Batman star Ben after less than two years of marriage, with the Atlas actress listing their date of separation as April 26, 2024.

Her filing came after shortly after Ben, 52, moved out of the Beverly Hill mansion they shared together.

JLO AND BEN’S MARITAL HOME

He reportedly closed escrow on a $20.5 million, five-bedroom, six-bathroom property located in Brentwood on July 24, which was also Jennifer’s 55th birthday.

Meanwhile, the former couple are still looking for a buyer for their marital home, more than one month after listing it for $68 million.

They bought the palatial house, spanning over five acres, for $60.8 million in May 2023.

It features 12 bedrooms and a staggering 24 bathrooms, as well as a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a 12-car garage, as well as parking for 80 vehicles, according to Realtor.com.

Other amenities include an indoor sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, boxing ring, bar, and a zero-edge pool and spa, as per the listing.

The total monthly cost of maintaining the house amounts to just under a quarter of a million dollars, the site said.

Other photos included Jennifer eating ice cream, posing for selfies with her 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and her sister Lynda Lopez, as well as showing off her enviable figure in a white swimsuit.

She captioned the post, “Oh, it was a summer.”

Jennifer and Ben, who was previously married to Jennifer Garner, began dating in 2002 while filming Gigli.

She was separated from her ex-husband, professional dancer Cris Judd, at the time.
