Tommy Fury will make his return to boxing after more than a year out when he fights former UFC star Darren Till in Manchester on 18 January.

Yesterday, things got heated at the launch press conference with John Fury launching a glass of water over the Liverpudlian.

Till will be making his second professional boxing outing following his debut in July that ended in similarly chaotic fashion.

Darren Till took on Mohammad Mutie that night and the former UFC star scored a strange TKO win after Mutie had complained of being hit on the back of the head.

As he didn’t continue he left the referee with no choice but to end the fight.

Following the decision the fighters then went at it with several members of their teams also involved.
