Searches for Cardi’s WAP collaborator, Megan Thee Stallion, have also gone up by 210 per cent.
Kylie Jenner – who had a controversial cameo in the music video – has also had searches go up by 130 per cent.
WAP stands for ‘wet a** p****’ and has made waves thanks to its explicit lyrics, which have been heavily censored.
It sparked outrage from critics, who branded the track “disgusting” and slammed the “filthy” lyrics.
Cardi and Megan Thee Stallion are seen grinding on each other in a slew of ultra-revealing outfits in the music video.

Cardi and Kylie are popular picks in general for PornHub, with the rapper being the third most-searched celebrity after Belle Delphine and Kim Kardashian.
Lip kit mogul Kylie, meanwhile, comes in at number eight on the list.
Kylie made a brief cameo in the WAP video, strutting through a hallway in a leopard-print catsuit with a plunging neckline.

Fans took offence at her appearance, however, with one critic even launching a Change.org petition to get her removed from the clip.
The online petition has received almost 70,000 signatures so far and reads: “The video was perfect until we saw K and I wanted to throw my phone.”
One supporter called Kylie a “culture vulture” as they signed, writing: “She is a culture vulture who doesn’t remember how her own complexion looks! Down with the culture vultures!!!”

A second agreed: “I was happily enjoying my daily cup of brown women until that culture stealing colonizer showed up and made me spill. Thank you.”
Kylie is yet to acknowledge the backlash, but did share a series of behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot to her Instagram page – including one of her sitting alongside Cardi B – with her mother Kris Jenner visible in the background.
She simply captioned the post: “#WAP”

Cardi B has since addressed the backlash, saying she put Kylie in the music video because she gives good advice and the pair’s families are close.
“Why did I put Kylie on my music video? She treated my sister and daughter so lovely at her kid bday party,” Cardi said
“Travis [Scott] and Set [Offset] are real close and Kris Jenner have giving me advice on certain things I ask for and her husband real cool with mine [sic].”
Music fans have been kicking off over the X-rated nature of the lyrics and music video on Twitter.
One wrote: “Can we all agree that WAP is a terrible a** song that is only getting love because we’re all creeps when it comes to a** shaking and filthy lyrics…”
Another added: “This WAP video is disgusting and pushes the narrative that women are nothing more than sexual objects. We really have to do better as a people. As a society.”
