The star looks totally unrecognisable as she bares all in a series of make-up free snaps.

Posing up for the cover of Paper Magazine , the 37-year-old looks miles apart from the glammed up star we know.

The blonde beauty stares into the lens with her steely blue eyes in the extreme close-up shot.

She has a scattering of cute freckles across her nose and not a stitch of make-up on her face.

Dirrty hitmaker Christina says she’s ready to tone down her look after years of experimenting with theatrical make-up and clothing.

She told the magazine: “I’m a performer, that’s who I am by nature. But I’m at the place, even musically, where it’s a liberating feeling to be able to strip it all back and appreciate who you are and your raw beauty.”
