Earlier, Alberto Crescenti, director of the emergency medical services of Buenos Aires, said that Liam Payne fell from a height of about 14 meters into the hotel courtyard. Preliminary autopsy results found that the singer had 25 serious injuries that caused internal and external bleeding, including skull fractures.
