‘Live like a royal’: From Coworth Park to Cliveden House — here are some of the royal family’s favorite places to visit in England
Kate Middleton does not have any time for drama as she continues her cancer treatment, according to a royal author.
The Princess of Wales, 42, has been undergoing chemotherapy treatment for five months since revealing her diagnosis to the world in March.
And while she shifts her focus to her recovery, royal expert Robert Jobson says the princess is keeping her cool despite the circumstances.

“She’s very calm,” Jobson told Hello! magazine. “She’s a person who wants to find solutions and rise above the noise and the drama, and I think, given what she’s gone through, you don’t want to waste any time on noise, on drama, when you’ve had anything to do with your health.”
“You live day by day; you do the things you want to do,” he added.
While Jobson didn’t specify the exact drama the beloved royal is staying away from, she has notably been embroiled in an ongoing rift with her husband’s estranged brother, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle.
Tensions had reached an all-time high after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down as senior working members of the royal family in 2020 and moved to the US.

Since then, there’s been virtually no communication between the two camps.
Jobson, whose book “Catherine, the Princess of Wales: A Biography of the Future Queen” was released this week, also noted that Middleton made it known that she will not be “rushed into doing things that she doesn’t necessarily want to do” — including returning to royal duties.
“That takes quite a lot of courage because you’re in a very alienated world,” Jobson told the outlet. “But I think she realized that she only has one shot at this. She’s got three young children, and they have to come first.”

Middleton, who shares Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis with husband Prince William, is apparently taking advantage of “time she won’t get back” with her kids, Jobson adds.
“The difference between her and other people is that in your career, you may have different phases,” he said, adding, “With her career, it’s only going to get more and more official.”
With two high-profile public appearances under her belt this year, the mom of three will be returning to life away from the spotlight as she continues treatment.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that the mom of three will be joining the royal family at Balmoral for its annual summer retreat to the country.
The princess is set to join her husband and their children at the lavish Scottish estate later this month.
The family will link up with King Charles and Queen Camilla — where their majesties are spending their entire summer break.
Her trip to Scotland will mark her farthest journey in 2024 since undergoing abdominal surgery in January.
Following her shocking cancer announcement in March, she stayed away from the public eye to prioritize her treatment process.
Just three months later, the royal wrote in a letter that she was “making good progress” but had “good days and bad days” while going through chemotherapy.
