Khloé Kardashian recently faced backlash after revealing that her 6-year-old daughter, True Thompson had become the “new face” of pajama brand Zip N’ Bear as part of a modeling deal.

The child (whose father is Tristan Thompson) made the announcement alongside her mom on Instagram this week, expressing her excitement about the partnership.

However, many followers of Kardashian, 39, accused the Good American founder of “forcing” her daughter into the venture and expressed concern for the child.

Khloé Kardashian Comes Under Fire For Promoting Young Daughter True’s New Modeling Deal On Instagram

The Kardashians star took to social media on June 3rd to share the video featuring herself and her little one with her massive following of 308 million. While sitting amongst large stuffed teddy bears, Thompson looked at the screen and said: “Hey guys, I have an announcement. I’m the face of Zip N’ Bear.”

Kardashian then chimed in and noted: “True is so excited to be the new face of Zip N’ Bear. She loves these jams and she’s more excited about the fact that Little Zippy, who you can snuggle and cuddle with, has matching pajamas. The child then excitedly suggested to the audience that they could purchase the bear and even sport matching pajamas with it.

In her post caption, the mom of two wrote: “@zipnbear I’m so happy for my sweet True!” Fans then headed to the comments section to share their thoughts. “Wtf she’s a kid shouldn’t be working,” one wrote as another added: “Umm no. Can’t you make your millions of dollars somewhere else?”

Someone else chimed in: “Why don’t you teach her about helping others and donate proceeds to charity?” One other commented: “Oh gosh the kartrashians are throwing their nepo kids down our throat. Will they ever go away.”

This comes after another Kardashian child and Thompson’s cousin, North West, faced “nepo baby” accusations last week. Her parents, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West (legally known as Ye) came under fire for allowing their 10-year-old daughter to make her debut on stage as Simba in The Lion King 30th Anniversary — A Live-to-Film Concert Event at the Hollywood Bowl.

The child shared the stage with esteemed performers like Jeremy Irons and Jennifer Hudson. Clips of the performance were shared on social media and received a negative response from viewers who believed that the young performer lacked preparation for such a prominent role and was only given the opportunity due to her parents’ fame.

The Kardashians have remained mum on the never-ending flak about their “nepo baby” tendencies and promoting the projects of their very young children.
