It comes after a friend claimed Harry is ‘angry’ and ‘desperate’ for the same admiration Prince William and Princess Kate receive

PRINCE Harry makes cash by trashing the Royal Family in his book, Netflix documentary and Oprah interview, blasted an ex-pal.

The Duke of Sussex, 39, sparked a bitter feud with the Firm after stepping down as a senior working royal, and has only strained relations since.

The dad-of-two relocated to California with wife Meghan Markle in 2020, just two years after their fairytale wedding at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

It was understood their stinging comments aimed at the Royal Family left the late Queen “deeply upset”, while King Charles and Prince William were “incandescent with rage”.

Harry and Meghan could have left with dignity and decency and not trashed the institution. The conclusion is they’ve made money from trashing his family

But more devastation was to come, with the Sussexes’ infamous Oprah interview aired to millions in 2021.

They accused certain members of the Royal Family of speculating about Prince Archie’s skin colour.

It was later claimed the royals were Princess Kate and King Charles, after Harry and Meghan’s former pal Omid Scobie published his hatchet-job book Endgame.

During the Oprah interview, the duchess also made serious allegations about the Firm and how they handled her mental health struggles.

The Royal Family were left reeling, only to be hit by further attacks in the couples’ flop Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan.

And, in 2023, the duke’s explosive memoir Spare appeared to fracture any last remaining bonds.

He accused Wills of physically attacking him by knocking him to the floor over rude comments about Meghan.

The estranged brothers have not spoken to each other since the late Queen’s funeral two years ago, it is understood.

And Prince William reportedly said he ‘does not want Harry at his coronation’.

Now, amid reports Harry is “angry” and “desperate” for the same admiration Prince William and Princess Kate receive, a former friend has hit back.

They told The Times it’s “three strikes and you’re out”.

After Spare was released, many of the duke’s mates vowed they could never forgive the vile claims.

“I can’t believe he’d stoop so low. It’s outrageously disloyal. Oprah, Netflix and then the book? Three strikes and you’re out,” fumed the source.

Meanwhile another long-time mutual friend of the duke and Wills added: “Harry and Meghan could have left with dignity and decency and not trashed the institution. The conclusion is they’ve made money from trashing his family.”

Harry also spoke candidly in his Netflix docuseries and confessed: “I miss my friends, I’ve lost a few friends in the process”.

It comes after a fellow pal, who still receives the “odd WhatsApp” from the former prince claimed he “misses being in Britain”.

As reported by The Times, an old friend of the former royal claimed he’d rather be in the UK with “everyone loving him” as Prince William and Princess Kate are.

“He’s an angry boy. Things haven’t turned out how he wanted,” alleged the source.

“I think he misses being over here [in Britain] desperately and wants to be admired more.

“Anyone who knows him feels he’d rather be top of the pops here with everyone loving him, as they do with William and Kate.”

Harry and Wills were last seen together at King Charles’s Coronation last May but they were sat separately and the Duke made a quick escape.

Meanwhile when the duke visited the UK to mark the 10th anniversary of his Invictus Games in May this year, he did not meet with either his brother or father.

Prince William ‘does not want Harry at his coronation’

PRINCE William does not want Harry to come to his coronation as the brothers have not spoken for two years, friends have claimed.

Growing up, the now estranged brothers shared many of the same friends who were part of their close, tight-knit circle.

But in the present day the two warring brothers are still embroiled in a bitter years-long feud which shows no signs of ending.

Pals of Prince William have been told the heir wants his own crowning to “look and feel different” when the time comes.

And Harry, who William is thought not to have spoken to since the Queen’s funeral nearly two years ago, will not be needed.

When the Princess of Wales publicly revealed her cancer diagnosis in March — news William did not share in advance with his brother — sources close to the Sussexes said they reached out privately to Will and Kate but the contact went unreciprocated.

For now, it seems that the Prince of Wales has no intention of making amends with Harry.

A pal of William’s told The Sunday Times: “This year his focus has very much been on his wife, his children and his father.

“His brother isn’t really something that’s discussed.”

One of the brothers’ closest friends added: “They are estranged, which is dreadfully sad.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex now live in California with Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, after stepping down as senior working royals in 2020.

Friends close to William and Kate say mending relations with Harry is not “something that’s discussed” amid prioritising the Princess’ health, their children, and royal duties.

It appears there are no plans to repair their once extremely close bond on either side.

A royal expert claimed Harry and Meghan’s use of footage from the Oprah interview in their recent CBS Sunday Morning chat about The Parents Network showed no desire to end the rift.

The duke has also given multiple interviews while promoting his latest Firm bashing project, that only propelled bad blood.

He told ITV broadcaster Tom Bradby, while advertising Spare: “I would like to get my father back, I would like to have my brother back,” but “they’ve shown absolutely no willingness to reconcile”.

Meanwhile, in another sit down with CBS, the duke said he saw Queen Camilla as a “villain” who “left bodies in the street” in a bid to better her own reputation.

These harsh comments reportedly “crossed a red line” with King Charles.

Another ITV interview last month also saw Harry attack his family once again after he claimed their lack of support amid his UK security battle is a “central” part of their feud.

A royal expert told The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show that Harry’s candidness and willingness to talk to the press is the reason fans once adored him – but now it he’s loathed for it.

It comes as the Sussexes are wrapping up their ‘faux-royal’ tour in Colombia after a weekend of engagements.

They shared a passionate kiss as they enjoyed an intimate salsa session on the fourth day of the trip.

It has taken them to capital city Bogota, Cartagena de Indias on the Caribbean coast and the undisputed capital of salsa Cali.

The besotted couple joined the student dancers on the floor – even participating in a steamy salsa dance.

They were seen packing on the PDA – with the Duchess grabbing her hubby’s face at one point before the pair shared a passionate kiss.

A timeline of Prince Harry and William’s ‘feud’: Brothers ‘at war’

In 2018, the Sun told how “simmering tension” began when William questioned the speed of Harry and Meghan’s engagement.

The first hints of friction reportedly came after William was introduced to Meghan when she was staying at Kensington Palace.

Once she’d returned home to Canada, William and Harry sat down for a brother-to-brother chat.

He knew Harry was already head-over-heels for her but it has been claimed he advised him to take it slowly.

The younger prince reportedly didn’t take too kindly to the advice, with one royal source saying he “went mental”.

Then in June 2019 Harry and Meghan officially split off from the charity they shared with William and Kate.

The Royal Foundation will be divided between the Sussexes and Cambridges as the couples focus on their own separate charitable endeavours.

Prince William and Prince Harry first established the Royal Foundation in 2009 before Kate joined two years later shortly after their engagement was announced.

The trio would often appear together at events and the Foundation had huge successes with projects like the Invictus Games for injured veterans and the mental health Heads Together campaign.

The Royal Foundation said the decision was made following the conclusion of a review into its structure – but added both couples will continue to work together in the future.

Harry and Meg were living in close proximity to Kate and Wills within the Kensington Palace estate, but they switched to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor before baby Archie was born.

The move further increased rumours of a fallout.

Harry, 39, also hinted in his ITV documentary “Harry and Meghan, An African Journey” that he and his brother had grown apart.

It came after Prince Philip called Meghan the “D.O.W” after the Duchess of Windsor — the American divorcee who led Edward VIII to abdicate.

And he warned the late Queen to be “cautious” of Harry’s then bride-to-be, a royal author claims.

Ingrid Seward revealed in new book My Mother And I that Prince Philip felt it was “uncanny…how much Meghan reminded him of the Duchess of Windsor”.

In 2021, Harry and Meghan give their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey where Harry accused his dad of cutting him off financially.

Harry then jetted back to UK to join William in unveiling a statue to their mother Princess Diana in the grounds of Kensington Palace.

But sources claimed William didn’t want to attend the memorial amid their ongoing rift.

In 2022, just before their grandmother the Queen died, sources claimed Kate acts as a “peacemaker” between the brothers.

Last year Harry claimed his brother “knocked him to the floor” during an argument about Meghan.

In his book Spare, Harry said William branded Meghan “rude” and “difficult” during a row.

Harry alleged William “grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and … knocked me to the floor”.

He said he was left with a visible injury to his back following the argument in 2019 at Nottingham Cottage on the grounds of Kensington Palace, where he was living at the time.

In January this year, Harry flew in to be with Charles after the monarch’s shock cancer diagnosis.

Harry flew back to the US the following day – without seeing Wills.
