Divorce Rumors Rage Amid Kate Middleton’s Health Crisis
Fans have been speculating answers to the burning questions surrounding Kate Middleton for weeks, especially following Kate’s mother’s day post, which was heavily edited. Fans are wondering if Kate’s health status is worse than anyone anticipated, while others think this entire situation is a coverup for marital troubles.
Rumors as far fetched as William getting Rose Hanbury pregnant and as believable as a years-long affair between the two have been making headlines, and as Kate continues to stay out of the spotlight, the theories are only getting more outlandish. Some think Kate has run away after finding out about their affair, others think they’re going through the motions of getting a divorce.
Rumors accusing William and Rose of having an affair have been in play since 2019, and until now, neither rose nor any Palace representative have commented on it. Until now.

Rose Hanbury Addresses On Affair Rumors
Sources close to Rose have been denying these rumors for a while now, including royal expert and editor-in-chief of True Royalty TV Nick Bullen, who told US Weekly that the rumors are grounded in delusion. “I know people who know the Marchioness of Cholmondeley very, very well, and she absolutely was not having an affair with the Prince of Wales,” he said. “Even when those rumors broke a few years ago, she was very upset by them then. She’s still very upset by them now.
In a statement from Rose Hanbury’s lawyers that was released by Business Insider over the weekend, Rose put these rumors to bed: “The rumors are completely false,” she said firmly and simply.
While these rumors may be false, that doesn’t answer the question that everyone is still asking: Where is Kate Middleton?
