In the opening episode of the fifth series of 22 Kids and Counting, Channel 5 viewers were gripped as Sue and Noel Radford took the cameras along on their house hunting journey.

Sue and Noel Radford shared the cushing moment they found out the purchase of their dream house had fallen through in their latest YouTube vlog.

After living in their 10-bedroom Morecambe home, in Lancashire, which they bought in 2004, Noel and Sue made a decision earlier this year that would change all of their lives. They decided they wanted to move out to the countryside to live a quieter life.

Their dreams came true when they had an offer accepted on a beautiful farmhouse. But their plans to move into the £850,000 home came crashing down when they recently received the devastating news that the house sale had fallen through.

The moment Noel received the call from the estate agent to confirm the devastating news was captured on camera for their latest YouTube vlog and also featured in their fifth series of 22 Kids and Counting on Channel five:

In last night’s episode, the pair were left totally devastated, after Noel received a call from Kirstie, the estate agent. Whilst Noel, 53, was driving home, Kirstie broke the heartbreaking news, as she explained: “The sellers have just been in touch this morning and there’s been a development. This is never an easy call to make.

“Unfortunately it seems that their own house purchase has fallen through, so the chain has collapsed and that means that they’ve taken theirs off the market.”

Upon returning home, Noel broke the devastating news to Sue, who was cooking dinner at the time.

The cameras captured the emotional moment as they hugged in the kitchen. Sue was then quizzed on how she felt about the news. She said: “I’m just not feeling like I want to talk about it.” Noel added: “The way Sue is feeling now she’s just not interested in looking around and seeing what else there is. It’s taken the wind out her sails and she feels really down and fed up. We’ve just put the whole thing on hold.”

The botched house move is just one of the rollercoaster moments the Radford’s experience together in their new channel five series. Noel’s quest to uncover his biological roots, Millie’s significant personal announcement, the anticipation of another child, and Casper’s determination to chase his football dreams all stir the pot this season.
