Fans were sent into a rage after presale tickets were released for Sabrina Carpenter’s Short ‘n’ Sweet Tour.
Sabrina Carpenter’s UK tour prices have sparked outrage
Sabrina Carpenter fans were left horrified by the staggering prices for her upcoming Short ‘n’ Sweet Tour after the presale ticket for her UK leg went on sale.
To celebrate the release of her new album, the Espresso singer will embark on a worldwide tour which will include nine dates across the UK and Europe.
Ahead of the general sale on Friday, some fans were able to access priority tickets but were taken aback by the costs.
As well as the price, others also complained about the difficulty of buying and claimed it was more challenging than Taylor Swift’s high-demand Era’s Tour.
As the priority tickets went on sale, the former Disney star quickly began to trend on social media as fans shared their fury online.
Sabrina Carpenter will peform at London’s O2 in March
An annoyed @Kieron_97 highlighted: “Sabrina Carpenter’s tickets were like £25 for her tour last year and now they’re £100.”
@rayon_film remarked: “Sabrina Carpenter London tickets being £240… hm first of all we paid half of that for Billie at the same venue, also half of that for Beyonce, Taylor and Lana.”
As @alfie_jenner penned: “I’m not knocking her music ability as she’s actually quite good, but £200+ for Sabrina Carpenter is absurd.”
While @harrisonjbrock fumed: “£240 to sit in the nosebleeds to see Sabrina Carpenter at the o2 – an artist with two hit singles and two other moderate hits. Absolutely APPALLING.”

An astonished @alice_foster_95 raged: “Sorry but what the f**k do you mean Sabrina Carpenter tickets are £230 minimum?!?”
@lialixaa echoed: “Cheapest Sabrina Carpenter tickets cost more than two of my Eras Tour tickets combined wtf.”
Over the past few months, Sabrina has become a household name with singles such as Espresso, Please Please Please and Nonsense topping charts.
While some have refused to fork out for the tickets, it’s likely the star will add more UK dates to her tour considering the rate at which her popularity exploded.
So far, the 25-year-old will only perform one date in Dublin, Birmingham, London, Glasgow and Manchester before heading into Europe.
