Usher admits he saw questionable things at sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ house at 13 years-old
As the sexual abuse case against rapper Diddy Combs continues, more and more people have started questioning his past behavior and seeing old interactions in a different light.
A good example is the video that resurfaced of Justin Bieber, when he was fifteen years old, and the rapper bragging about the crazy things they would do together.
Now, fans are remembering an interview Usher did with Howard Stern.
Usher spent a year living with Diddy when he was a teenager, and the way he described the things he saw while staying at his house left people worried.
As some people probably know, Usher spent a year living with Diddy Combs when he was just 14 years old. Now that the rapper has been involved in a very complicated and serious case of sexual assault, an old interview with Howard Stern resurfaced where he admitted to being exposed to pretty questionable things.
Apparently, as a teenager, he was sent to “Puffy Flavor Camp” to “see the lifestyle” of the 90s music industry (not advisable for a kid by any means) and saw “very curious things taking place” at the rapper’s New York mansion.
“I got a chance to see some things… I don’t know if I could indulge and even understand what I was looking at,” Usher explained. “It was pretty wild. It was crazy. There were very curious things taking place and I didn’t necessarily understand it.”
While talking about his own experience, Usher made light of the situation. He laughed and refused to go into details. But when Howard Stern asked him if he would ever consider putting his children in that position, he exclaimed “Hell no!”
Diddy Combs’ Sexual Abuse Case
On Monday, through a Homeland Security Investigation, “Diddy” Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami properties were raided as part of a sexual trafficking lawsuit against him. This came after several men and women accused him of different kinds of sexual abuse, which the rapper strongly denied.
“Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences,” Diddy’s lawyer stated on Tuesday. “There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”
The lawyer clarified that the rapper “was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities.”
The statement denied any wrongdoing and blamed the media for the damage to Diddy Combs’ image. “This unprecedented ambush – paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence – leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”
Ever since the first accusations came out, the rapper and his legal team have tried to discredit the alleged victims, and the statement from the lawyer reaffirms that stance.
“There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
