KYLIE Jenner has fans worried about the star as they claimed she looked like she had trouble smiling in a new video with her BFF, Stassie Karanikolaou.

The ladies have been documenting their trip around Venice on TikTok.

Their latest video, which Kylie, 26, shared on her page, showed the pair having a boozy day out at the bar.

After several martinis, Kylie and Stassie, 27, appeared to be feeling the alcohol as they recorded their silly behavior back in their hotel room and during their boat ride to dinner.

Toward the end of the clip, they filmed themselves sitting at the restaurant and smiling at the camera.

While many fans laughed over the gal pal’s funny antics in the comments, some used the opportunity to slam Kylie for her appearance.

FANS’ REACTIONS

They particularly pointed out Kylie’s facial expressions at dinner and claimed she didn’t look like her natural self.

“Her face looks so tight,” one person wrote on a Kardashian/Jenner-dedicated forum.

“Why is she always forcing being super happy and all this positive personality does anyone else like she’s trying too hard? I mean take a break! We get it your face is still capable of showing expressions,” a second fan said.

“She can’t smile with the normal muscles due to Botox, so she smiles using the muscled on the sides of her nose. That’s why she makes that face all the time,” suspected another.

“It looks like it physically hurts her to move any part of her face,” someone else claimed.

“The fact that she’s trying to scrunch her face up but got Botox to freeze her facial muscles so she can’t actually make this expression is comical,” a fifth remarked.

“That looks so painful,” a sixth added, while a seventh ripped, “That’s probably the only face she can make when attempting to smile.”

Fans have long accused Kylie of undergoing Botox, despite her claims that the only alterations she’s received are a boob job and lip fillers.

Trolls have also criticized her for supposedly going overboard with her lip fillers and liner and claimed she’d gotten a Brazilian butt lift.

In an earlier episode of The Kardashians, Kylie broke down in tears over the frequent backlash on social media about her looks.

“Why is it okay in 2024 to talk about someone’s looks so much?” the Hulu star asked her sister Kendall, 28, before getting emotional.

“I’ve never cried about this before, but I guess it does affect me,” Kylie admitted.

The entire Kar-Jenner clan are no strangers to the backlash as they, too, have experienced harsh scrutiny over their appearance.

Being the youngest sibling, Kylie has arguably received the most remarks after her apparent drastic physical transformation over the years.

Fans first noticed the change when Kylie was a teenager and got lip fillers, which she didn’t come clean about until 2015.

She revealed during an episode of her family’s former show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, that the decision stemmed from feeling insecure about her thinner pout.
