Khloe Kardashian accidentally reveals real nose as she attempts to hide behind hat in unedited pics in Colorado

The reality star has faced plenty of speculation over her changing face and body in the past

KHLOE Kardashian has fans begging her to get help, after she accidentally revealed her real nose while out with her sisters in Aspen.

The Kardashians star has previously admitted to having had surgery on her face.

Khloe stepped out for a night on the Colorado town with sisters Kim and Kendall.

The 39-year-old dressed for the cold in a full length, faux fur coat.

She paired it with an equally furry black bucket hat.

But fans were more distracted by her natural nose, with many in a Reddit chat room felt looked off.

“That poor nose & lips!” one person exclaimed, as another lamented, “This is sad. She looks terrifying.”

A third person noted, “Not even the giant hat can hide that botched nose.”

While one person commented, “There is definitely something going on with her nose tip. Maybe this why she tilts her head upwards a lot, as it is less noticeable that way.

“Hope she gets help. Surgeries don’t fix what is going on inside ourselves.”

WHO NOSE?

Even heavily made-up, Khloe has sparked concern.

Fans cried that her nose looked “weirdly bulbous” in a photo she recently posted to promote season 5 of The Kardashians.

Khloe posed in a brown mesh top as she sat on her couch while filming a confessional for the upcoming season.

The mother of two styled her hair in glossy waves and framed her features with smoky eyeshadow and nude lipstick.

“Interviews… Hulu,” she captioned the photo on Instagram.

Khloe’s fans were taken aback by the appearance of her nose in the snap and speculated that she’d had more plastic surgery.

“Her nose looks weirdly bulbous. What did she do to her face?!” one asked on Reddit.

“A new face each week,” another commented, and someone else wanted to know, “Why does this look like AI [artificial intelligence]?”

COMING CLEAN

The Good American founder has faced plenty of speculation over her changing face and body in the past.

In June 2021, Khloe confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox, but many fans think that she’s had multiple surgeries beyond the one confirmed.

During an episode of The Kardashians, Khloe admitted that comments made by her mom, Kris Jenner, 68, pushed her into going under the knife.

“I had the most confidence. I was chubby and in a skintight bodycon dress, you couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities,” Khloe said.

“Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job,” she added.

While Khloe has opened up about one nose job, a plastic surgery expert believes there might be more tweaks behind her look.

Dr. Barrett, a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon, said Khloe looks like a “new person.”

“Khloe was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable,” he said.

“This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers.
