We want to hear from you. Tips, ideas, corrections and feedback all make NewsToday123 better. This page explains which address to use and what to expect.
Addresses by purpose
- News tips: [email protected]
- Corrections: [email protected]
- Advertising and sponsorship: [email protected]
- Privacy questions: [email protected]
- Everything else, including feedback and press releases: [email protected]
Sending a tip
A good tip is specific. Tell us what happened, where, and when. Say how you know, and whether anyone else can confirm it. Include documents or data if you have them, and tell us if there is a deadline.
We verify tips independently before publishing anything. A tip is a starting point, and sending one does not guarantee a story.
Story ideas
We are especially interested in constructive stories: a community solving a practical problem, an invention with an honest account of its limits, a trend that deserves a clear explanation. Keep the pitch short, and tell us why readers would care.
Press releases
You are welcome to send press releases to [email protected]. We read them but cannot reply to all of them. A release is treated as self-reported material, and we label it that way if we use it.
Feedback
If a story was unclear, one-sided or just plain wrong, tell us. If you liked something, that is useful to know as well.
Safety and sensitive information
Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Please do not send secrets, passwords, financial details or anything that could put you or someone else at risk through the addresses above. If you have sensitive information, send a short message saying you have something sensitive, without the details, and we will discuss a safer way to proceed. We cannot promise protection that ordinary email cannot give.
Response times
We aim to read everything and to reply to messages that need a reply. That is an aim and not a guarantee, as we are a small team. Tips about developing events are read first.
What we do not do
We do not give medical, legal or financial advice, and we cannot settle personal disputes. If you need that kind of help, please contact a qualified professional.
A few tips for a faster reply
Use a clear subject line, keep your message short and tell us at the start what you want from us. If you are writing about a story, include its title. If you are sending several items, please put the most important one first. These small steps help a small team read and act on your message quickly.
